About me

The start as a travel agent and the study in tourism and geography have been the basis for my approach to tourism marketing in 1997. Being account manager for a well known, on USA specialized marketing agency – Wiechmann Tourism Services – I gained over 10 years of experience in developing and conducting activities in destination marketing. Product presentations to travel agents, product placement with tour operators and also media activities are now only a small part of what I love about my job.

In the course of time

Since 2010 I have my own business and support agencies like DiaMonde, AKB Consulting, TPM or Lobster Experience with my flexible and competent engagement. May it be a short project to assist with a marketing activity or a replacement for a maternity leave for a dedicated client, there is no limit to the ways of partnership.
The 1st of February 2015 marked a new era in my business life: the contract signage with “The Aiyana” on Pemba Island, Tanzania, I am now happy to place this new product among the German tourism trade and consumer market. But there is definitely potential for more clients.

Confidence is the most important good in my business relationships. Therefore short lines of communication, quick decision making and full transparency are the most important skills of my daily work. I prefer speaking of “partners” rather than “clients” while never losing sight of the importance of service.
